RESOLVED: Network Disruption in some buildings on campus January 30, 2021, 10:15 PT

The UBC IT Network team have resolved the reported network related issues.

UBC had experienced a brief network disruption from 09:45 PT. We are still investigating the issue pertaining to network issues at St. Mark’s College, however, the following buildings are now restored:

  • Orchard Commons
  • Ponderosa Commons
  • Exchange Commons
  • Totem Park
  • Carey College
  • Sauder MBA House
  • Sedgewick Library
  • Koerner Library

Our next update will be at 10:51 PT.

Buildings currently impacted, but not limited to are:

  • Ponderosa Commons
  • Exchange Commons
  • Totem Park
  • Carey College
  • St. Mark’s College
  • Sauder MBA House
  • Sedgewick Library
  • Koerner Library

We continue to investigate the route issue.  There is no estimated time of Repair.
