We have now resolved the issue impacting access to FASmail and other IT services, such as VPN department and Teamshare.

Our technicians are currently implementing the permanent fix.  We expect to resolve the situation later this afternoon.

The workaround solution we implemented last night was successfully completed. We are continuing to work with the technical staff to implement a permanent fix later today.

We have identified a workaround that will restore service to impacted users later tonight. We will be continuing to work with technical staff to identify the root cause and implement a permanent fix.

Our technicians are still investigating the issues impacting FASmail access.  It appears access to a number of other services are also impacted including department VPN and Teamshare.

Our next update will be after 9:00PM.
