The issues for Kaltura Enterprise Video platform are now resolved and the service was restored at 04:55PT. We are working closely with the vendor to investigate the root cause as to why this resurfaced again.
UBC IT is currently aware of an issue with the Kaltura Enterprise Video platform where users attempting to access the Kaltura service may be getting the same API Error message as yesterday.
UBC IT Technicians are aware and investigating. There is currently no estimated time to resolution.
