The issues for Kaltura Enterprise Video platform are now resolved and the service was restored at 08:55PT. We are working closely with the vendor to investigate the root cause.

The issue with Kaltura Enterprise Video platform is still ongoing. Users may experience issues with loading videos from within Canvas.
Our technicians have contacted Kaltura about the issue and they are currently investigating.

UBC IT is currently aware of an issue with the Kaltura Enterprise Video platform where users attempting to access the Kaltura service may be getting an API Error message.
UBC IT Technicians are aware and investigating.
There is currently no estimated time to resolution.
