RESOLVED: myVPN Refusing to Connect – July 13, 2020, 08:05 PT

The issue causing the myVPN connection error has been resolved as of July 13, 2020, 08:35 PT


UBC IT has received multiple reports from myVPN users that they are unable to connect to the myVPN service.  UBC IT technicians are currently investigating the issue.
