The Outlook on the Web (Outlook Web App) Light Version Access service has been restored.

For any cases that are still encountering the issue, we ask everyone to clear their browser’s cache and cookies to resolve their pending issue.

We have received reports that some users are unable to access the light version of Faculty & Staff Email (FASmail) and Student & Alumni Email via Outlook on the Web (Outlook Web App). We are currently investigating and will provide further update shortly.
