The Student & Alumni Email Sign Up page (www.id.ubc.ca) is now accessible.
Technicians are still working on restoring Outlook on the web (www.mail.ubc.ca). There is currently no estimated time of resolution.

We have received reports of issues accessing:
– Outlook on the web, a.k.a. Outlook Web App (www.mail.ubc.ca)
– Student & Alumni Email Signup (www.id.ubc.ca)
Exchange for Outlook and ActiveSync connection methods for both FASmail and Student & Alumni Email are currently functioning. Technicians are investigating.
