UBC IT technicians have investigated the issue with FASMail access and believe this issue has been resolved. Users should no longer be experiencing speed issues when connecting to FASMail.

UBC IT technicians have investigated the issue with FASMail access and this is in the process of being resolved. At this time users may experience longer wait times connecting to the FASMail servers. Both the Outlook desktop email clients and Webmail should be working.

A number of users have reported issues with FASMail access via the Outlook desktop email client and when attempting to access via Webmail.
UBC IT technicians are currently investigating the issue.
