RESOLVED: Collaborate Ultra File Upload Issue March 24, 2020, 12:30 PT

Update: March 24, 2020, 12:30 PT

Collaborate Ultra file upload issue has been resolved.

Update: March 24, 2020, 10:56 PT

There is currently an issue using file upload in Collaborate Ultra where PowerPoint and PDF files are failing to upload on the conversion process. This issue has been reported to Blackboard and we will provide an update as soon as new information is available.

As a workaround, you can convert your PDF or Powerpoint files into .JPG format. Multiple .JPG files can be uploaded directly to your Collaborate session using the file upload – drag and drop function.

In Acrobat:
File > Export To > Image

In PowerPoint (depending on version):
File > Save As > JPG
File > Export > JPG
