The intermittent connectivity issues regarding accessing Student and Alumni email on mobile devices have been resolved.


Some students are reporting intermittent connectivity issues on their mobile devices when accessing Student and Alumni email. Technicians are currently investigating. We recommend accessing webmail at https://webmail.alumni.ubc.ca in the interim.
