Technicians rebooted Perceptive Content last night and the service is stable. We are still closely monitoring the situation.

Perceptive Content remains stable and we are continuing to monitor the situation. We are still working closely with the vendor to find a solution.

Perceptive Content is currently stable but running with a reduced customer workload. Certain features may not function at all times. Technical staff continue to work with the vendor on a solution.

Perceptive Content continues to operate but there may be periods of instability. Certain features may not function at all times. Technical staff continue to investigate the problem with high priority along with the vendor.

Perceptive Content has resumed service; however, there is still risk of instability. The team is continuing to monitor the situation and investigating what the root cause is. They are working closely with the vendor.

Our document management application, Perceptive Content also known as Hyland or ImageNow, is experiencing intermittent log in issues. Users may see an error message when accessing the system through OPT, FMS nQuery, and SIS for image scanning or retrieval as part of Admission or Financial Operations activities. Our technicians are aware and investigating.
