RESOLVED: UBC Services slow response time February 6, 2020, 15:15

Update: 16:35 – Our technicians have discovered the believed source of the issue, and service is restored at this time. Technicians are continuing to monitor to ensure services have fully recovered.

Some services on campus are currently experiencing slow response times. Services that are known to be impacted are VDI, CWL authentication services and certain departmental websites.

Users may experience timeouts but the services should be available, may need to attempt to access the website or log in several times before gaining access.

Our technicians are aware and investigating. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
