Reason: Outage is due to a Fiber cut affecting the Western ROADM connections. CANARIE have been notified and have created a ticket with the supplier.
Effects: BCNET DataSafe services in the EduCloud Kamloops site are unavailable.
All member services will be connected to the local BCNET exchanges and then connect to Vancouver over Transit services.
We don’t have a ETR at the moment but the provider is working to solve the problem.
