Reason: As part of regular lifecycle maintenance, the BCNET network team will perform hardware and
software upgrades on the BCNET Vancouver and Surrey routers. No configuration changes to current
connections will be done during this maintenance.
Effects: For each router, we expect a 20-minute outage to occur during this maintenance window.
Members connected to only one router will experience downtime for all L2 and L3 services (Transit, IX and ORAN).
Multi-homed members will see each of their connection go down one at a time.
