Issues with Intermittent freezing/slowness in Outlook has been resolved.

Users with FASmail with Exchange 2016 may be experiencing intermittent freezing/slowness/Not Responding when performing actions in Outlook. Waiting 5-10 seconds, rather than restarting the Outlook client, will typically be sufficient for Outlook to become responsive again.
Technicians are aware of this issue and are taking measures to improve the performance on the FASmail servers.
