Interac Canada has resolved the issue with their latest fix.


All browsers can now process Interac Online transactions.

Update: June 27, 2019, 10:00 PT

Interac Canada will be implementing a fix today, June 27, 2019, between 15:00 PT  to 17:00 PT.

This should resolve the issue on browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.

We expect no outage during this time.

We have received an update from the vendor. They have discovered the issue and are planning a fix on June 24, 2019.

The issue has been confirmed to be Canada wide and limited to Interac Online. All major browsers (such as Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari), except for Internet Explorer, are affected.

Customers paying with Interac Online are advised to use Internet Explorer to check out until a fix has been released by the vendor.

Please note that we are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the ePayment Interac Online service. The problem is being investigated and we hope to have a resolution shortly.
