Resolved: Unplanned outage for UNI CRM portals – April 26, 2019 10:00 PT

Salesforce has resolved the service disruption and after testing, the following instances are now accessible:

  • Student portal โ€“ https://account.you.ubc.ca
  • Askme Portal – https://www.askme.ubc.ca/form/s/
  • Agent portal – https://account.you.ubc.ca/agent/login

There was also a concurrent network issue that affected DNS resolution for on-campus portal users that has been resolved as well.

Salesforce is currently experiencing a service disruption and the following instances are down:

  • Student portal โ€“ https://account.you.ubc.ca
  • Askme Portal – https://www.askme.ubc.ca/form/s/
  • Agent portal – https://account.you.ubc.ca/agent/login

UBC staff are still able to log into the Salesforce application and create and modify their data.

There is currently no ETA for a resolution but we are monitoring the status.
