OAMS and Degree Navigator Possible increases in processing times January 2, 2019 – January 31, 2019

Given the busy start of term activities, usage of both OAMS and Degree Navigator during the month of January is expected to double.  For users this could result in increased processing times and in some cases, perceived system outages.  If you experience service disruptions with either these systems, we ask that you check this UBC IT Bulletins page to see if UBC IT is already responding to the issue.  If not, please follow the established procedures within your unit for submitting a ticket to the IT Service Desk: https://it.ubc.ca/selfservice
