RESOLVED: Intermittent connection issues to myVPN client December 7, 2018, 14:30 PT

This issue has been resolved.

There are intermittent issues with users unable to connect to the myVPN client, and getting a “no assigned address” error. Attempting to reconnect to the client may result in a successful connection.

Staff & Faculty should try to connect to their departmental VPN pool if they have one.

UBC IT technicians are looking into the issue.
