We are currently experiencing an issue with network connectivity to the Kamloops Q9 datacentre impacting EduCloud Server and EduCloud Backup clients at that location. Please note that the workloads are up and running, however, network connectivity to those services from outside the datacenter is affected.
We are working with the vendors to resolve the issue. Next update will be at 15:15.
