The files.workspace.ubc.ca self service portal continues to have performance issues. Logging into and navigating through the website is slow. File synchronization on the Workspace client may fail initially but after a few retries will sync successfully.
Systems was working with the Vendor today and will continue to work with the vendor tomorrow to restore service as soon as possible.

Workspace Service is intermittently down. Users may have issues uploading and downloading files, and accessing the workspace portal. Systems is working with the vendor to get the service back as soon as possible. We will send an update in a few hours.
