Pinnacle Billing application maintenance April 18 14:00 โ€“ April 25 19:00

The UBC IT Pinnacle Billing system and Voice Departmental Portal will undergo major functional upgrades and will be unavailable from 14:00 on Monday April 18, to 19:00 on Monday April 25.
UBC IT will stop loading any data into Pinnacle at 14:00 on April 18, 2011. UBC IT will not be able to process voice orders from April 19th, 2011 to April 21, 2011 inclusive, and will not accept service requests during this maintenance window.
The Pinnacle portal will be unavailable to DVAs during this period. UBC IT will still perform caller ID name changes and voice mail PIN resets during the outage period.
