BCNET Network Services Holiday Hours for December 2017

Please report network problems or issues through the normal channels during the December holiday season:

The Operations Centre is available for network monitoring, trouble ticket reporting, and incident escalation throughout the season.

Limited network technical staff are available regular business hours and days from December 23 through to January 1.

Statutory holidays are December 25, 26 and January 1 with staffing returning to normal as of January 2nd.

Network maintenance in Vancouver is scheduled for December 28 as previously communicated.  No other network maintenance activities are scheduled for this period.
