RISe Unexpected Outages – November 8th, 2017

We’ve been experiencing connection issues for the past weeks in which users are locked out of system for a few minutes and may not be able to login immediately (users may see a 403 error).

Our top priority is to identify the root cause of all the unplanned outages, and we are working with all parties, including our vendor and other UBC IT teams.

Currently we don’t have an ETA for the resolution, but we have put in temporary preventative measures to limit the impact to users.
