If you have updated your computer’s Adobe Shockwave Flash to the latest version (188.8.131.52) you may experience issues with accessing EduCloud Server VM console, or the Administration Portal. Opening up the VM console will result in an error message “Shockwave Flash has crashed.” In some cases, similar issues will appear immediately post log-in to the portal.
Adobe has confirmed the existence of this issue and has published a beta release of the plugin on October 17th (Flash Player 27 Beta). Please consult your change advisory board or security team prior to installing the beta version of this plugin.
You can still continue to manage your virtual machines using standard remote management methodologies such as RDP and SSH.
