Please be advised that some users may be experiencing intermittent connectivity or performance issues with the FASmail service when using Outlook.
UBC IT technicians identified the affected server and made a change at approximate 10:30 PT that prevented new users from connecting to it. They will be removing the affected server from service at approximately 16:30 PT. Users connected to that server may be prompted to re-login at that time.
