Intermittent FASmail Connectivity Issues – September 21, 2017 – 11:35 PT

Please be advised that some users may be experiencing intermittent connectivity or performance issues with the FASmail service when using Outlook.  The behaviour includes Outlook freezing and attempting to connect with the server and draft emails not being saved.  If this does occur, please wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute for Outlook to restore rather than closing Outlook or restarting your computer.  Any drafts that cannot be saved should be copied to another message.  Webmail is not affected and can be used as an alternative.  Technicians are still investigating.”
