Interchange Service Outage March 16, 2011 – UPDATE 15:20

Due to errors in the database from this morning’s outage, some users are unable to have write access to their mailboxes. As a result, users are unable to mark messages as read, create folders on the server or move mail between folders.

To address this issue, Interchange will be restarted for the affected users at 3:30pm. The restart will result in an outage of about ten minutes. After the restart, users will be able to send and receive email, but some folders and messages will temporarily be unavailable until later this evening.
