Update: Interchange Service Outage March 16, 2011 10:30 AM

At approximately 09:30 access using POPS was restored, however, myUBC and IMAP were still experiencing problems. We are in the process of restarting the Interchange service to address this issue which may cause intermittent outages of the service for up to one hour. The team is continuing to restore service as soon as possible, but there is still currently no estimated restoration time.
