The Interchange/Netinfo email restore process is still underway and will continue throughout the evening and overnight. UBC experienced a hardware failure Friday morning which resulted in an outage to a number of UBC systems. The majority of services were restored with the exception of the Interchange/NetInfo email service. This issue affects approximately 5000 Faculty and Staff and all students using the NetInfo email service.
