Unscheduled Service Outage Friday March 4, 2011 08:40

We are currently experiencing an unscheduled server outage that began at 08:40 this morning. Some applications are experiencing issues with access including:

– Interchange
– Student Information Systems
– myUBC
– UBC Directory
– UBC Events
– Management Systems Portal (MSP)
– Faculty Service Centre (FSC)
– CWL (and applications that use CWL for authentication)
– Vista
– RiSE

The cause of the outage is being investigated and more information will be communicated as soon as it becomes available. Another update will be sent in 30 mins.
