UBC’s phone service provider will be performing maintenance affecting the UBC Hospital phone service on February 21, 2017 for up to 2 hours between 00:00 at 06:00.
Clients will experience the following behaviour for up to 2 hours within this change window:
– The main UBC Hospital switchboard line will continue to be available using an alternate service provider.
– There is a possibility that calls from external (off-campus) numbers to the UBC Hospital phone lines may not work.
– Outbound calling to off-campus lines will continue to work.
– Calls within the hospital will continue to work.
