Student Information Services Application Jboss Upgrade – January 30, 9:20 PT

With the recent upgrade to the SISC (Student Information Services Application), the Java Web Start Cache may need to be cleared.  If you encounter any error messages while using the SISC please try the following:

 

Windows:

Open control panel.

Open ‘Java’ program.

General tab.

Click ‘Settings’.

Click ‘Delete Files…’

Check all three boxes.

Click ‘OK’. May take a while to delete. The window should close upon completion.

Try to start SISC again.

 

 

OSX:

Open System Preferences

Open ‘Java’ program.

General tab.

Click ‘Settings’.

Click ‘Delete Files…’

Check all three boxes.

Click ‘OK’. May take a while to delete. The window should close upon completion.

Try to start SISC again.
