Problems have been reported with the following functionality in Connect as of January 3, 2017 09:00PT:
– Updates: students are not able to view notifications through the “Updates” area of the global navigation menu
– Announcements: Posting an announcement with email notification generates an error message (but the announcement will be posted and emailed)
– Course Properties: Changing a course to available will generate an error (but the course will be made available)
– Item Analysis: Does not work
– Date Management: Does not work
To resolve the cause of the problem, Connect maintenance has been scheduled for Wednesday January 4th from 05:00-06:00 PT.
Reported problems with Connect functionality including announcements, updates, course properties, date management, and item analysis have been resolved as of January 4, 2017 at 06:00 PT.
