The Operations Centre is available for network monitoring, trouble ticket reporting, and incident escalation throughout the season.
Limited network technical staff are available regular business hours and days.
Statutory holidays are December 26, 27 and January 2 with staffing returning to normal as of January 3rd.
Network maintenance is scheduled for December 20 and 22 as previously communicated. No other network maintenance activities are scheduled for this period.
The BCNET Administration office is closed as of noon December 23 to 9am January 4. Administration telephone calls and emails will be periodically monitored.
