Reason: BCNET DNS service updates caused an interruption in resolving some names in the BC.NET domain.
Effects: Some bc.net domain addresses were unreachable for a short period of time.
Due to the timing of caches, all residual impacts should clear by mid-afternoon today.
All network services, such as Internet Transit, Peering, and access to
the Research Network are not impacted.

when network problems are experienced outside of
