The issue affecting ServiceNow with regards to outbound email notification delivery has been resolved as of October 27, 2016 at 14:30 PT.

FASmail was also affected by outbound email delivery delays. The delivery issues were resolved by approximately 13:00 PT on October 27, 2016.
