Reason: Backup Circuits will experience a 30 minute outage as Fibers are moved .
Effects: The following BCNET member secondary Network circuits are impacted.
UBC Research and Transit, BCIT transit , SFU Surrey, Westgrid SFU Burnaby .
All other network services, such as Internet Transit, Peering, access to the Research Network, and services at other Exchanges are not impacted.
