Our service provider will be performing maintenance affecting the UBC Hospital phone service on September 19, 2016 for up to 6 hours between 00:00 at 06:00.
No impact is anticipated as a result of this change.
In the unlikely event that service is impacted, clients will experience the following impacts during the change window:
– Calls from external numbers to the UBC Hospital phone lines will be unavailable with one exception – the main UBC Hospital switchboard line will continue to be available using an alternate service provider.
Calling within the UBC Hospital and calling from the UBC Hospital to external lines will not be affected.
