Our service provider will be performing maintenance affecting the UBC Hospital phone service on August 11, 2016 for up to 10 minutes between 00:00 at 06:00.
No impact is anticipated as a result of this change.
In the unlikely event that service is impacted, clients will experience the following impacts for up to 10 minutes:
– Calls from external numbers to the UBC Hospital phone lines will be unavailable with one exception – the main UBC Hospital switchboard line will continue to be available using an alternate service provider.
Calling within the UBC Hospital and calling from the UBC Hospital to external lines will not be affected.
