We are currently experiencing an issue with a component of the EduCloud Server service that is causing tasks to queue up and require a longer amount of time to complete.  This issue is currently affecting management and provisioning of virtual servers via the EduCloud Server portal at


Hosted workloads remain unaffected and you can continue to manage your VM’s via standard remote management methods.
