RESOLVED – EduCloud Server Portal Issue – July 28, 2016 15:45

We are currently experiencing an issue with a component of the EduCloud Server service that is causing tasks to queue up and require a longer amount of time to complete.  This issue is currently affecting management and provisioning of virtual servers via the EduCloud Server portal at https://bcnet.educloud.ubc.ca.

 

Hosted workloads remain unaffected and you can continue to manage your VM’s via standard remote management methods.
