Voice Service Issues Affecting Access to Voicemail from UBC Hospital phones and calls to the Sauder Help Desk and the BCNET Line 2016-06-30 14:30 โ€“ 15:00 PT – RESOLVED

On June 30, 2016 between approximately 2:30pm and 3:00pm, the Sauder Help Desk and the BCNET lines were unavailable. Callers would have heard a fast busy signal during this interval.

In addition, UBC Hospital users may have experienced issues accessing their voicemail.

Both issues have been resolved as of approximately 3:00pm
