The VoIP service is currently experiencing an issue affecting a small number of users who use the following features:
– Extension Mobility (primarily used by Contact Centre agents and supervisors)
o Note: If you are logged in already, you will not be affected. If you log out, you won’t be able to log back in. We recommend staying logged in until the issue is resolved.
– Call Forwarding (for those who use https://services.myphone.ubc.ca/ucmuser/ to enable call forwarding.)
o Call Forwarding using your phone will still work but those who use the website may experience issues.
Technicians are currently investigating these issues.
