Contact Centre Fast Busy Issues Reported April 21, 2016

Shaw Home Phone user may experience a fast busy signal when contacting certain UBC call centre numbers. Technicians are currently investigating. As a workaround, please use another service provider or a non-Shaw network-based cell phone to call these contact centres until the issue is resolved.
