Reason: An outdated config setting within the portal backend is impacting access to account features.

Effects: The BCNET client portal is currently displaying link errors when users attempt to access traffic graphs and user account contact details.

IT Services has successfully diagnosed the issue, and will implement the fix after hours (since it will require restarting the portal’s
services.)
