We are experiencing a performance issue with Scientia, depending on the user load. Users might experience different issues such as having problem logging into the system or timeout downloading the database. We are currently working with the vendor to investigate the root cause and will provide status update as soon as we have further information.
We have been monitoring the situation and currently there have been no reported problem with using the system today. We will continue to investigate the root cause of the interruptions that occurred on Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
