From:     06:00 March 11, 2007
To:        08:00 March 11, 2007

Reason: BCNET is experiencing some memory exhaustion issues
on routers at VANTX, VICTX and PGTX and have been working
with the vendor to try to resolve the problems.
A reboot of the router is required to downgrade to an
earlier release to stabilize the situation.

Effects: The following services will be interrupted for a few
Minutes (< 10 minutes) during the maintenance window.

VANTX: Connectivity between the TXes will be
interrupted.  Customers at each TX will lose
connectivity to the Internet while the router resets.
VICTX: Connectivity between the TXes will be
interrupted.  Customers at each TX will lose
connectivity to the Internet while the router resets.
PGTX: Connectivity between the TXes will be
interrupted.  Customers at each TX will lose
