ServiceNow Issue – June 19, 2015 15:15 PT RESOLVED

The issue with inbound and outbound email to/from ServiceNow has now been resolved

Please note that the backlog of emails will now be processed and tickets will be generated as normal.

ServiceNow experienced issues with inbound and outbound email. This issue affected all notifications, as well as ticket creation (via basic email or webform), and also ticket/record updates via email (responses or comments).
