FASmail access issues – 11:30 PT May 8, 2015

We are currently experiencing connection issues with FASmail. Users using Outlook may not be able to connect. Restarting the computer and re-entering their EAD credentials may resolve the issue. Technicians have been notified and are currently investigating. Users unable to access the email can still use Outlook Web Access at www.mail.ubc.ca to do so.
