The Network Operations Centre are available for network monitoring, trouble ticket reporting, and incident escalation throughout the season.
Limited technical staff are available regular business hours and days.
Statutory holidays are December 25, 26 and January 1 with staffing returning to normal as of January 5th.
There are no BCNET scheduled network maintenance activities for this period.
The BCNET Administration office is closed as of 5pm December 19 to 9am January 5th. Telephone calls and emails will be periodically monitored.
